Tiny Winners sells digital products only. Because every purchase gives you instant access to downloadable files, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is placed.
Before you buy
Please review product descriptions and preview images carefully before purchasing. If you have a question about what's included in a product, contact us before buying at winnerstiny@gmail.com.
Technical issues
If you're unable to download or access your purchase due to a technical error on our end, contact us at winnerstiny@gmail.com and we'll make it right by resending your files or resolving the issue. This does not apply to buyer's remorse, accidental purchases, or printer/device compatibility issues.
Duplicate charges
If you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us and we'll refund the duplicate charge.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us first may result in your account being blocked from future purchases.
